New members may receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳2,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000 — and the wagering required is ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

A bonus is a conditional benefit, not a cash gift. Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus applies to one account only once.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified time after claiming a bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits from multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
• 299 bed reserves the right to modify or cancel any offer.

6.1 Sports Betting

Betting odds are subject to change and may change before an event starts. Once a bet is accepted, it generally cannot be cancelled. If a match or event is cancelled, the amount staked on that bet is generally refunded, though different rules may apply in certain markets.

6.2 Casino Games

6.3 Technical Issues
